Delivery timing
Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier, and service selected. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or after fulfillment is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our hands. If you have a problem with a shipment, contact Pope EDC and we will help you review the available order and carrier information.
